Our prices are all inclusive for our 5 major core areas of operation.
Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Koh-Samui Pattaya and Phuket.
In addition, all other extra costs incurred for work outside of our core area such as travel, lodging and other case-related expenses are charged at cost and documentation in the form of receipts are provided wherever possible. We are totally transparent with our costs.
Payments from overseas clients may be made by money transfer services such as Western Union or Moneygram or by international bank wire (SWIFT/TELEX) transfer.
Domestic clients may remit case fees by Inter-bank transfer or other deposit to our accounts. We regret that we cannot accept direct credit card payments or personal checks at this time.

We will work closely with you to determine the best way to approach your particular requirement and help you in developing a profile of the subject or subjects.
You will usually be sent a questionnaire to complete and asked for photographs or other documentation.
Regular contact will be maintained with you (whenever possible) and updates will be e-mailed to you at various stages throughout the investigation. However, we may refuse to provide real time updates as this is not practical in some cases. For your safety and security as well that of our associates, we use e-mail as opposed to contact by telephone or post for all inquiries, instructions and reports.
